Standard:

Chassis frame: rectangular made of closed profiles
Hook Ø65 according to UK CHEM standard
Tandem suspension with 4 parabolic springs, axle base 1810mm, with fixed front axle
and passively steered rear axle, drum brakes 406x140mm,with a hydraulic system of
the steering lock, (it needs permanent connection with the tractor by one pair of
hydraulic outputs)
Hydraulically amortised drawbar with smooth height adjustment to connect with
the lower or upper hitch of the tractor (system requires a permanent connection to
one pair of tractor’s hydraulic sockets)
Suspension stabiliser on the rigid axle for optimised driving
Drawbar towing hitch: rotary towing eye Ø50
Drawbar support: short UK type
Hydraulic rear bumper homologated, hydraulically extended, adjustable in three
positions (depending on the length of the transported container)
Installation of 12V lighting (LED), with a hermetic connection, with clearance lighting,
with a rear electric socket
Rear lamps with protective grating
Plastic mudguards (behind the rear wheel, in front of the front wheel)
Braking system: double/single line air or hydraulic
“Central hydraulic system with electro-hydraulic safety system electrically controlled
(system needs permanent connection with the tractor by one pair of hydraulic socket).
It controlls functions: – suspension blockage – hydraulic container lock (according to
CHEM standard)- hydraulic tipping (2 cylinders) – hydraulic switching between hook
trailer / tipper with light indicator – telescopic hook arm hydraulically controlled – rear
bumper hydraulically controlled (homologated)- control of the one pair of hydraulic
outputs at the back of the trailer (f.e. to connect hydraulic tailgate of the container or
hydraulic tipping system of the second trailer)- software with safeguard which does
not allow to start incorrect function”
